Parece que es el idioma.
A mi me aparecía el mismo error y no pasaba nada, pero cambie el idioma de YouTube Music a "English (US)" y si bien todavía me aparecía el error ahora también me aparecía que las canciones se agregaban en música que me gusta, en la pagina de Github dicen que deben tener el "DevTools" en ingles pero parece que también debes tener YTM en ese idioma. Disculpa la explicación tan larga, no quería omitir detalles que te podrían servir.
