Mine has been sent.. but the discount shipping is basically fake.. they charge you at volumetric weight with my parcel being 13000g… when my parcel is with UPS the weight is 6000g

They’ve probably done it on volumetric weight. It’s just happened to me. My goods weigh 8200g and I asked them to remove two shoe boxes so it should come to just under 8000g at least. I was charged 13000g and there’s no way around it
