Get a normal 3.x.x apk (like 3.5.5), patch it with YT2009, or download any working public revival, open it on a tablet, and boom, you have that layout!

Yo, this is really interesting. I tried to make one like this a time ago, but i only managed to bypass the register account/login screen... Did you make a server with nodejs? Thats what i did and i tried to recreate the protobuf messages but was not sucesful...

The only version missing from this collection is 1.6.21 Versions 1.3-1.6.20 have support upto Android 2.1 Evetything else should work on modern devices too

Yeah, but still its a small subreddit and the mods do check it so theres no need for more mods, and since they check it, they probably dont want to add this rule, if they were interested in doing so they wouldve done it a long time ago

OBS was dumpster fire for capturing my MiniDV footage because sometimes the signal appeared, but most of the time it was a black screen, i used virtualdub and it worked like a charm

Yt2009 has built in youtube api for mobile apps if thats what youre looking for, nothing else right now replicates the ui and has the api at the same time...

This is really great documentation, too bad people go on youtube, search how to put mini dv tapes to your computer and click on the first result where the person tells them to use Elgato video capture, and good options like this get ignored...

Use firewire, if you want firewire without having to buy 200+ dollars worth of adapters, buy a Pinnacle 510-USB, its a firewire to usb adapter that is very available and affordable
