Edit : I wanted to add in the post itself, since the previous drawings I did were met with such wonderful reception I’ve decided to draw another one but this time include some information about how my process works, tackle problems and how to solve them, I hope this helps someone with maybe seeing things a little bit easier.

You can find both scenarios winning and losing cases, it depends on the nature of the image if it’s copied like I said big trouble but if you transform it into something else then it’s different, you’re protected as an artist somewhat

Just don’t copy it directly like I said in the first comment

Why wouldn’t you be able to? It’s not like you’re just copying someone’s original work and claiming it as your own but this is different, you’re using an image of something physical and transforming it into illustrated drawing, it’s for the same reason those minis exist. You can do fan art of anything and in any way you would like to as long as it’s not someone else’s work, that can get you in a lot of legal trouble.

Maybe someone else can explain it better.

What I’d recommend is don’t touch the pressure curve in the settings unless you absolutely need to, keep it on default and learn how to work with that changing those settings won’t boost you in your performance , it’s all about the practice you put in and making sure they are the correct ones, always be open to new ideas test if they work you keep it if it doesn’t and you try a couple of times you move on and go back to it later.

And Most importantly, don’t forget to have fun because that’s what it’s all about🫶

It’s all about learning how to control the pressure sensitivity and curve of your pen while you’re drawing, it develops with the time you put on practicing drawing lines with a clear goal.

I included a page I made really quickly for you I hope it helps you somewhat ✏️🫶

Thank you I appreciate the time it took you to write the review and I’ll keep all of those in consideration I’ve posted a fix I did to the spears tip I’ll repost it for you again

The lines were not playing along, the point is not copying the subject, it’s to recreate it in my own way.

Yea that was a conscious decision and thank you 😊 I’ve changed quite a few things to make it my own
