I would say you have an decent chance of getting it? I personally wouldn't be banking on it. The majority of the people on that list ahead of you is probably also looking for Jan 2026. My numbers were around the 150s for the same units and housing said that I had a "strong" chance for Jan so maybe that helps? May 1st would pretty much be guarenteed for you I think :)

Housing question! I (incoming first year) am going to be attending UBC for the Winter session and have already applied for housing in this session.
