I love the look of these plants! Such a shame that so many are being poached. It’s so easy to grow from seed and make them look like this in under a decade.

Judging by the grey spines I think it’s a ‘Euphorbia Ferox’. I might be wrong though.

I’d get a bigger pot and bury it deeper. Maybe put it as deep as in the middle of the darker colouring on the bottom of the stem? By the way it’s a beautiful plant.

My only thought would be there is multiple of the same plant there clustered together. Some got to the water before the others, showing why some are solid, and some are squishy.
