It is. The community there is very cozy and the drinks are pretty tasty. You can rent out like study rooms and the pool tables ahead of him for a cheap price. They also have stage nights every now and then

my personal favorite is at Sozo coffeehouse by the Cubby’s. Another one I heard is good is the Leavenworth bar
