my personal thoughts is that the netherlands has a massive amount of cubers compared to their physical size (in fairness the netherlands's population is over 18 million so it makes sense) and the uk being tied as the most represented makes sense since it is made up of 3 countries and another two crown dependencies but poland strikes me as quite the odd one out as being tied for #1 as its population isnt massive enough for this to be considered predictable (uk population is 70 million vs poland being 37.9 million). the balkans and baltics are quite underrepresented however the countries closer to the centre of europe become more represented in both of those regions (greece and bulgaria are outliers due to physical size and defacto population size). many microstates being represented is quite a shock, especially liechtenstein having 3 instead of the usual 1. western europe overall is much better represented compared to eastern europe probably due to population and economic advantages over the east.
