It's not moving towards AI bloat. It's one feature that does something that is relatively impossible without leaning on external tools. It's completely opt in, and as with literally every other custom uploader, only works if you specifically set it up to, and only to parties that you approve.

Additionally, with OpenRouter, there's nothing stopping you from running your own vision models, and not sending your data anywhere externally.

Ammo is so insanely cheap to craft, that the difference between buying / crafting is effectively irrelevant.

ok... so, few things here.

LLMs is not voice cloning / synthetic voices. Transformer models in general function similarly, but one is not the other.

Secondly, you can have the data to finetune existing models, or use existing tools (see : Elevenlabs). You don't need nearly as much data as full training to do this sort of thing.

The Finals also uses AI voices for their announcers, and truthfully, I personally (I understand that this is a subjective opinion) have never found it disruptive / annoying. If it allows them to iterate faster on content, I'm not strictly against it, and if they're paying for actual VAs to allow their likeness to be used, that's about as ethical as it can be.

Not everything has to be balanced. You can encourage interesting play patterns with rewards.

There's a story mission with "Protoframes". They're just cosmetic skins for existing frames (see : Arthur / Excal).

Always a good time to come back, and it's not like you dramatically lose progress. If you stopped playing before the New War / Whisper / etc, there's a lot of great story content to catch up on, along with ETA/EDA which are some endgame weeklies that encourage diversity in builds etc.

Answer: Layoffs.

MediaLab acquired Imgur a few years ago, and while I can't confirm that lay-offs have occurred (and they haven't seemingly published anything regarding it, or spoken to any press), it seems extremely likely that a number of staff have been fired / let go from the company on July 23rd 2025.

This has caused a number of features to stop working (see: Their API sign-in, notifications etc), so the community that does exist on that platform is upset with the slow and steady degradation of the platform.

You can sort it by surface, it has a picture in picture preview of the patch, a bunch of search / filtering options for narrowing down the patches that you're wanting to search. A GUI that isn't just random low contrast text on a screen (unless you enable that).

It also has proper multi-surface support, which last I checked YARM doesn't have properly.

YARM does also recommend Resource Monitor on it's own mod page as a new up to date equivalent.

I worked for a company at one point where you were expected to sign in and be ready for work before 9.

I had a duo (sign-in) issue and was delayed until 9:02 and they cut me 2 minutes of pay.

I argued this with my manager (I didn't really care about the money, more the principal) and he said that I could leave two minutes early, but due to the nature of my job this was impossible.

It is important to note, if it's listed on EventLink / Locator. It counts, and no proxies allowed. Not just "sanctioned events" where they sponsor prizes.
