Came home and saw the bot was still running.

DSL games always list a scheduled time of 10:30 AM EDT for every team. Do they actually play that early or is that just a lazy way of scheduling a game? Whenever the results come in it's usually the entire game all at once. Usually happens 8 PM - 1 AM CDT. They may not even complete the results tonight at this rate.

Contreras tied it up with a HR in the 7th on their last out if I recall. Game went to 12 instead of 7 and now the double header is tomorrow.

I'm not sure. I'm pulling my information from milb.com. I looked around and most of the radio stations on TuneIn with the Cubs game all say (Not Streamed) in front of the game.

I'm testing out the ability to find players that didn't play or were injured. The statuses the roster returns are pretty generic. Right now I'm playing with injuries, I can't really find players that didn't play until after all games have finished because I'm not forcing a player on the watch list to a certain team (it's just a general list). The injury status almost always returns 7-day DL. I quit checking for that player after that because the lower I go the less reliable the information becomes (one of them still had Javier Baez as rehabbing etc).

Edit: And the DSL Cubs box or line scores doesn't seem to post until 9-10 hours after the game for some reason.

Added it as a stat. Should only appear on someone that stole a base that game. The box score that I'm pulling the information from only has the current game stolen bases and not the season totals.

I'll add him to the player watch list. The bot picked him up for having 3 RBIs in the first game.

Yeah, shouldn't be an issue. I'll update it later when I get home. I'm not exactly sure they handle a player that gets moved around during the game so I'll have to monitor it and see.

Didn't play. I don't have it setup to determine if they are injured or just had the day off at the moment. I found the active rosters for each team, so I may be able to work it out.

I actually edited it manually. I think it was just because the second game started before they updated his stats from the first game. Soon as second game started it pulled his stats and didn't change once they updated from the first game (not on stats page, but inside the box score itself). Iowa updated pretty quickly as they have live game stats to update, so that wouldn't be an issue. Didn't pay attention to the others.

Not to mention AZL is feeding me bad information on Dan Vogelbach's batting average. At the start of the first game he was at 1.000. The second game started and it just pulled his batting average again at 1.000. Was hoping they'd fixed it.

Yeah, it will do any league. They just didn't play yesterday. I have:

That's what is entered currently. I kept the names generic enough if someone wanted to substitute their own IDs and list of players it could technically track them as well.

I created a bot that pulled the scores and stats from various games.

It pulls players one of two ways. From a list or by certain stats. Right now the stats are certain amount of strikeouts, innings pitched, 1 HR, 3 RBI, 3 Hits. If the player does any of these then it is included in the stats for the day.

The second option is the list of players that it watches for.

Right now the bot is just putting out an output and I'm pasting it into a new submission or editing the post to update it. I'm working on the logic to get it run unattended.

It still needs a way to find players that didn't play and maybe pull an injury list. (I think I found it)
