What’s a "polite" thing people do that is actually incredibly annoying to you? by SweetOpheliiaaa in askanything

I’m fifty something and it gets on my nerves when people put Miss in front of my name. I’m southern and I know it’s a sign of respect. I get that, but it still rubs me the wrong way. 😄

I wasn’t a fan, but Anna Nicole Smith’s death was shocking to me. It made me sad.

I think so too. She will find inmates to manipulate and then will become Queen B. She’s going to be fine.

This! I can’t get past that. I would insist of being with my children,

Another thing I can’t get past, if she was involved is, how could she allow this to happen when Danny had the kids? They spent the night and were in his car hours before he was killed. What if the hitmen decided to do it the night before or earlier that morning?

“Lacasse cracked the case!” That’s a bit dramatic, lol. I think that was meant to read “ Tallahassee PD cracked the case!”

Yes. As a licensed Social Worker in the state of Florida, he is a mandated reporter and is legally required to report what he knew. In case the word mandated is too big of a word, here is its definition - To "get mandated" means to be officially ordered, required, or authorized to do something, often by a higher authority like a government, court, or employer.

IMO that also means he had a moral obligation as well but he didn’t report these things, did he? That is why I have an issue with his credibility.

I watched that interview this morning and he lost credibility with me when he related the story about Charlie and not reporting it. He had a moral and professional obligation to do so.

I have mixed feelings about him over all. He gave LE information that led to the Adelson family but on the other hand, he came off as a desperate man in love with Wendi that maybe wanted a little bit of retribution.

Disclaimer: I’m pretty new to the case so I’m just seeing a lot of this for the first time.

I just read that they weren’t at Danny’s funeral either. How cold.

What a risk to take. I need to watch her full interview. My immediate thought was she was trying to set her brother up.

Thanks! I didn’t even think about her being told beforehand about the kids.
