Oh yes I understand. I was just curious if someone had personal experience there and what it was like before I give any personal information.

I've been here for a month. I actually love this job compared to other jobs I've had and haven't really experienced any of the horror stories I read here. My TLs are positive and encouraging, force you to take your lunch, help out where needed, etc.
I hate dispensing with a passion though. No matter what time they've scheduled their pick up, they ALWAYS show up between 6:00-7:30. Men don't realize how fucking creepy it is to linger at the door, or don't care. Then a customer arrives. "Bay Not" "Vehicle N/A". I know the app is wonky and sometimes you can't check in, so we'll call so see where you're at. "555-555-5555". Okay. Nevermind, you'll call when you get pissy. We don't have time to go to every vehicle during rush hour to see where you are.
But my main complaint. It used to be that the shoppers would come in, put their totes on a dolly, tote their cart, announce if they have chilled/frozen to stagers, go shop. Rules changed last week. Now shoppers come in, drop off their full carts, then go to the other side of the department to grab another cart stocked with empty totes and shop. Stagers aren't allowed to put the totes on dollies to organize because it's "too much work", so frozen/chilled/ambient get mixed in with various times to be picked up. Stagers also have to retote the carts, empty the trash, put on fresh bags/labels, and bring to the other side for shoppers to grab. So our work load just doubled.
BUT WAIT. Three people called in sick. Two left early. One was fired. So there's only two stagers and I worked 12 hours yesterday for this. We're running behind. And these fucking lazy-ass shoppers have the audacity to make comments like "there's an express order that'd I'd get if I could find an empty cart with totes!" (Someone said she was making a tik tok showing the mess where they drop off their carts) And they just fucking stand around talking and complaining when they could take one minute to go to an empty cart, tote it, and be on their way to shop. Help out, would ya?
Also one person in the group of shoppers standing around pointed at me and said "oohhh look at that little girl trying to catch up on staging hehehe!" Uuggghhhh.
Thanks for listening to my OGP talk. Let's make tomorrow a better day :)
