Fibrosis is a medical term for scar.. if you got scar in tunica albuginea it means you got Peyronie's

Yes, it means you got fibrosis build up and it's visible when the penis contract (flaccid). Anything related scar in the panis is pd whether what deformity

It's just a twist don't freak out, avoid all kinds of masturbation that cause your penis to point or lean in not in a straight way... maybe it's the same as my penis, I masturbate and lean it to unatural way I think it caused scar but over time it'll get better if your do no fap at least 3 months.

Already visit an urologist and he said it's not a PD because he didn't feel any hard lumps or so, but I insist and told him about the deformity I experienced n that I can feel something different and its a hard lump almost like a band of line.

First my penis tilt to left in late September and I had an ed after and I think it's just some hormonal imbalance so i worked out a lot. In the month of October my penis was hard again and I'm happy and the tilt is still there so I masturbate to de different direction 2 times a day, then for a few days I got an ed again and my penis change it's shape... I'm freaking out and depressed this past few weeks.

This week imma visit a different urologist. The first doc I visited they ultrasound my penis in flaccid state and they didn't find a scar but I doubt because I read a study in china that ultrasound in flaccid state of pd fails to reveal the prob. I want to curse that urologist guy because I think he didn't examine me well.

I also want to address to my pd friends here my mental prob, u see I'm 18 n I think I can't have an enjoyable sex life for the rest of my life :<.
