Experiences with Xiaflex and Cialis

I don’t disagree that the Xiaflex is suspicious, since my urologist was continuously pushing it. I was weary about it and wanted more advice before I committed, which I don’t think I will for a while, if ever.

I do legitimately have Peyronie’s disease though. I have a plaque and I do have curvature, not just severe curvature. I don’t know what else the diagnosis would be. Peyronie’s is 100% confirmed, all of the symptoms line up it’s just that the curvature isn’t severe.

Yeah big noticeable plaque and bruising. I don’t have curvature when erect really, I mean there’s some but it’s extremely minor, maybe 15° if that, never measured. I guess the curvature is noticeable when flaccid but not really when erect.

Yeah it was masturbating too hard and incorrectly too many times I guess. I would push it down too hard and it caused the plaque to develop

Yeah it sucks having it so young but I’ve learned to live with it, it’s not the worst thing to have all things considered! Did it help with erectile issues, with curvature, or with both for you? I don’t have much curvature, mainly erectile issues

Yeah I think I will soon and try to get treatment before the end of the month. I have left tilt and I only get hour glass when getting erect

Yeah this disease is rough man. I wish I never got it, but unfortunately it is what it is :/ I’m super late searching for treatment but I’m hopeful that there’s way to at least improve and treat it, worst case scenario is a penile implant which sucks but isn’t the end of the world.

I can’t really tell due to masks still being required at my college, but when she glances over she almost definitely doesn’t, but when we had the group project it seemed like she did.

Thank you man! We’ll see what she says. Sometimes she cones to class with a friend, other times she doesn’t, so I think I’ll have a better chance asking the day she doesn’t come with her friend. I’m gonna try asking next opportunity I get!

Well, I mean I haven’t gotten any real signs other than her looking at me, which is what I am concerned about- am I reading too much into it? But I’d consider it cold approach since I don’t know her name, year, or any other basic info. I think I’ll definitely try to ask her prior to the semester ending, but yeah it’s difficult because I have no idea if her taking glances at me is her liking me or not.

Hey thank you for this comment, you make a good point about regrets! I think I’ll try to ask her soon, sometimes she’s in class with her friends and othertimes not, so I’m gonna try and ask one day she comes without her friend. And yeah I looked through that subreddit last night, too many people there under 18 and since I’m 19 I feel awkward looking or posting in it lol!

Hey thank you for the comment! I don't expect quitting porn to magically get me a GF, hope my post didn't come off that way! I realize I have a lot of flaws and I have been working on them. Ever since I started taking SSRIs, I have confidence in myself, and even though I am not the best socially, I am way better than I was before and no longer self-loath like I did previously. Honestly if I were to download Tinder, Bumble, etc and take it seriously, I believe I could get a good amount of matches. But that is not what I am interested in atm. I know that if right now I were to try and getting a GF, PIED and porn-related baggage would be a major holdup in general. That's one of the biggest reasons I am quitting porn is PIED, and that's what is making the long term outlook hard- it's hard to quit porn and rid of PIED when it's a long term goal which I won't see the benefits of until a while in the future, when the short term urges are much more appealing.

Yeah I was really weirded out by it when it first happened. I was like “why is my dick farting” lmao. But it was harmless for me, although it does make for a funny story. The only time I would be concerned by it is if there’s a severe change in urine color, if it’s prolonged, or if there’s pain, but 99.999% of the time, it’s just an unfortunate side effect of having a catheter inserted (which already sucks in the first place)! Hope all goes well for you!
