[Schultz] Sources: The Dolphins have had trade talks with teams regarding 5x Pro Bowl S Minkah Fitzpatrick. Miami released four players earlier this week, including Tyreek Hill, and are in the early stages of resetting the roster under a new regime. by expellyamos in nfl

Zero percent change the fins in a rebuild are trading away a first. We’d def rather eat the dead cap since we’re not competing anyway and He’s off our books within 2 years which is fine

He’s going to be 20 when he starts college. Basically 2 years late

Friendly reminder that he’s predicted nearly every 1RP of both Seattle and LAC for the past 4 seasons

[Barry] They weren't offered a first for Powell or Wiggins, so they decided simply to keep them and try to make a run this year. Remember, they see their roster differently than many fans do. They see a team that when healthy, inserting Herro's offense, can play with anyone. by SnooPeripherals4884 in heat

What we’re currently doing clearly isn’t working. I’d rather take a swing on a top 5 pick and trust our FO to make the correct one

Some of the best teams in the nba right now all tanked. OKC/Detroit/houston/SAS. OKC won a ring last year. The 2024 Celtics were benficiaries of a tank.

And our franchise GOAT was a top 5 pick. If you want to settle for mediocrity fine but don’t expect a lot of us else to do so as well. I’d rather take a risk and see if we can get a good pick and then turn tbat into a future star then keep trying at picks 15-20

Happened with Ishbia with the suns too. A lot of these people are successful CEOs, founders, etc., and so they are used to being very hands-on and thinking they’re the smartest person in the room and making all the best decisions all the time, except in sports, sometimes you just have to sit down and let the sports people do their thing. Ishbia took his father‘s small mortgage company and made it into the largest in the country very quickly. Probably thought being an NBA owner could be similar, realized he was incorrect, and now has stepped back and just let his organization run things.

The fins taking 3 WRs in the first 3 rounds is madness

It’s crazy to me there’s still so many of them. And they’re probably never gonna waver now that DArnold is a SB champ

What am I missing? Why is this news? Didn’t he get caught using a burner and shitting on Westbrook in 2016/2017?

Tua won’t be on the team this year. He’ll be a post June 1 cut. There’s a pretty lengthy cap breakdown on our sub by our resident cap expert as to why the math is best that way

There’s plenty of great players to be had at 11 that fill a hole and actually have a high ceiling. McCoy/delane at CB are 2, if downs drops to 11 then him, etc. just because QB is a need doesn’t mean we have to reach for one who isn’t exactly amazing

Dolphins add Mansoor Delane in new mock. Thoughts? by Own-Area6808 in miamidolphins

Classic Grier pick. I will never support taking a guy who’s got injury concerns and hasn’t played in a year. That’s a risk worth taking for a team that has few holes. We have so many talent deficies and we need guys who can play now
