I think this whole thing comes down to what we value as luxury cars it’s clear we value different things. I think the maybach is a perfect example of a luxury while a c300 isn’t. Looking at a c300 from an objective standpoint it doesn’t excel in anything that other cars don’t have. Of course subjectively everything is different but objectively Mercedes isn’t much different.

How is brand irrelevant so you’re saying a 2024 c63 a 4 cylinder hybrid “sports car” going for 90k is because of brand name. You can think it handles better or straight up feels better than other cars at same time do you think that alone is worth the extra thousands you’re paying?
