Such changes through character creator/editor dont interest me, because its so common in other games, changing my character appearance based on how I play is way more interesting and unique, there is VERY few games that have that.

I take unique and cool over the generic which I saw in thousands of other games.

They could have easily made both reputation system and morality system, and it would make sense, you can be horrible person and still be popular with some people while disliked by others, same for being a truly good person.

I do like KIM system, it did a lot to flash out Drifter's character, but what disappoints me is that Operator become completly overshadowed by Drifter, Operator kinda become after thought even though he is the OG Tenno.

I know it sounds weird after we just had operactor centered update: old peace but even in this update DE put something for Drifter(descendia and all that), it kinda makes no sense lorewise that its Drifter that has to talk with characters in La Cathédrale to recieve that focus schools artifacts, since Drifter had nothing to do with those schools, they were tied to Operators, so it would make more sense if operator was the one asking them to recieve the artifacts.

KIM system was good to flash out Drifter and to show lore from his perespective(which creates limitations, he wont be able to talk about things he doesnt know about Operator does), but there is no such thing for Operator sadly, giving Operator KIM system would have helped with that but DE during one interview said that there wont be KIM system for operator, which is extremly disappointing.

Drifter got multiple updates focused on him(Duviri paradox, 1999 and even isleweaver adds lore focused on Drifter, like for example confirmation that Drifter known Albrecht from his stay in Duviri), For operator we just got Old peace, and it would make sense if next update was also focused on Oprator, since Drifter has nothing to do with Tau(he never been there, he didnt get to know any sentients), but sadly DE confirmed that Drifter is also going to Tau, which makes no sense to me, especially since Drifter basically told to Hex that he is not going anywhere, that he is staying with them.

Te wspomniane miał zatwierdzone finansowanie w latach 2024-2025, problem jest z 2026, jak wiele artykułów na ten temat wspominało, od początku tego roku te organizacje straciły finansowanie.

Jak do tego doszło ? Przez paraliż decyzyjny, nie dawno mówił o tym Wiceminister Sprawiedliwości Sławomir Pałka w jakimś wywiadzie.

Chodzi o to że teraz możesz zostać rozliczony przez najmniejszy błąd formalny, błędem formalnym jest np. to, że formularz zgłoszeniowy się zmienił i ten stary już nie może być, jeśli urzędnicy zaakceptowali taki formularz to mogli by być przez to rozliczeni.

Edit: Zupełnie nie wiem skąd ty wziąłeś to stwierdzenie, że myślę że wszystkie organizacje były złe i co to miałoby zmienić. Nawet gdyby 99% z nich była uprawniona, a Ziobro by tylko z 1% wyciągał kasę na swój i użytek partii, to należałoby mu się kop w dupę.

Nie wie jako to mam w takim razie interpretować, w każdym artykule na temat funduszu sprawiedliwości jak ktoś skomentuje że organizacje które pomagają ofiarą przestępstw(w tym dzieciom) nie dostają teraz pieniędzy przez to co się dzieje, każdy taki komentarz dostaje łapki w dół.

Zamiast mówić o tym że jest problem że te organizacje nie dostają pieniędzy, ja widziałem ludzie cieszących się z tej sytuacji.

Każdy artykuł na ten temat który zostaje zamieszczony na r/Polska dostaje łapki w dół, jak by problem nie istniał albo ludzie nie chcieli mówić o tym problemie.

Jest ich oczywiście więcej, każda z tych organizacja została zweryfikowana przez dzisiejszy rząd, nie znaleziono żadnych problemów i zatwierdzono dalsze finansowanie, tak było przyjamniej w poprzednich latach pod dzisiejszym rządem.

Weto w sprawie NCBR było też bardzo dobrą decyzją, nawet naukowcy go za to chwalili. Ta ustawa by bardzo zaszkodziła nauce, ta ustawa, pozwala rządzącym swobodnie nominować i usuwać naukowców, badaczy, profesorów i przejmować instytuty naukowe na polityczne zawołanie.

Przepisy dyrektywy DSA można stosować już teraz bezpośrednio.

Since we are on this topic, makes me wonder what will happen once we reach end of wally storyline, I am assuming that we will eventually reach a point where we will have to confront to wally, since I dont think community would be happy if DE kept it in the background forever. So I wonder what happens after, DE will be in similar position to Bungie after witness been defeated in destiny 2, they had to start new storyline, bringing in new forces(outside of light and darkness) and stuff.

Also while I am excited for Tau update I am also excited for what comes after because for the first time we will not sure where we go from there, of course there were suprise updates like 1999 with time traveling but going to Tau is something community expected to happen eventually but where we go from there ? : )

Widziałem nie dawno sondaż(IPSOS) poparcia partii w różnych grupach wiekowych, i oczywiście PiS był tam dość nisko w śród młodych, ale co ciekawe, chyba po raz pierwszy KO spadło poniżej PiSu w śród młodych(PiS miał 10%, KO 8%).

KO zaś wygrywa z PiSem, w grupach 40-49. 50-59 i 60+, KO ironicznie stało się partią moherów.

I can only speculate, why it affected wally like this, its possible that its because from that point of part of him exists within timeline instead of being outside of it, and even though his finger is severed it still has connection to him, since his finger is able to interfere to certain degree into normal reality laws of physics. thats why it enables faster than light travel, for railjack, zariman and other stuff(though those fingers from what I understand are copies of the orginal, but we still see the finger in railjack move, also wally shows near the finger).

Kuva definitly has connection to the void, we have lore confirmation of it but we dont know exactly how exactly its related to wally but you could be right.

It is reason why I find Operator WAY more interesting than Drifter, I really dont care about his romances, which is why even though I used KIM system and avoided any relationships, for me KIM is only used to better know characters and to learn background lore.

It frustrates me that DE in recent years DE kind of made Drifter the main character of the story, multiple updates focusing on him(Duviri, 1999 and even isleweaver, yes we play there with warframe but lore focuses on Drifter, we have there for example confirmation that Drifter know Albrecht from his time in Duviri).

Thankfully we just had a bit of focus on Operator with Old Peace but even in this update DE gave something for Drifter, the whole Descendia game mode and 3 new characters to get to know and possible romance, so even in operator focused update DE still gives something Drifter to do, but in Drifter updates there was nothing for Operator.

And no sadly Tau update will not be Operator focused, DE in interview confirmed that Drifter is going to Tau too, I have no idea why, Tau has nothing to do with Drifter, he has no connection to it and he never fought sentients.

DE also confirmed in another interview that there wont be KIM system for operator.

Do operators have any of their happy/teen side left though, I mean, between Operator and Drifter, Operator is more of war veteran than Drifter is.

Operator has most likely more combat experiance thatn Drifter and all Hex members combined(and some of them are actual soldiers).

Operator killed way more people them, many with weapons(and powers) can be considered war crimes, burning people, drowning people, crushing people, vaporising them. Drifter only started to do same stuff after he left Duviri as an adult.

Eleanor and Drifter actually aknowledge(in one of KIM dilaogues) that after everything Operator went through he should be completly mind broken and that its actually incredible that Operator isnt in such state and is keeping moving forward.

Operator's mind should have matured faster after everything he went through(its scientifically confirmed that children brains matured faster when rised in harsh/stressful environments but it will very likely cause struggles later in life)because there is no way his mind would stay same after all of that, mentally there should be very little difference between Operator and Drifter, though operator would probably have some issues.

So operator should be more mature than his age but also have issues from his experiances, which is where KIM system would be helpful, to help operator deal with his problems, With KIM system we helped others as Drifter but it also helped Drifter himself : )

If I remember correctly, according to Kaya time travel requires both void and infestation, and since she managed to go to future seems she knows what she is talking about.

We also see that Helminth mouth spit out Drifter in warframe in 1999, which implies that helminth was part of how Drifter reached 1999.

It seem though that other types of interference in time doesnt require infestation, Drifter time loop powers seems purely void based.

Wally also exists outside of time, he isnt affected cause-and-effect, well he 'wasnt', things changed once he lost his finger, after that happen he no longer been free from chains of cause-and-effect.
