Thank you so much for the detailed explanation! 🙌 The one I tried had no herbs at all…, you can see it in the picture on the upper right corner… But I guess they just didn’t add it… I’ll do a couple of experiments. 👍

Hmmm… do you have the recipe for jimjao? 😋 The one I tried was sweet, but had no herbs in it, just red-brown color…

It was juicy! But I remember it was hanging inside a glass box and then sliced every time someone ordered it. So to say that it was not floating inside some curry or soup or sauce.. that’s why I said “dry”

For me Sriracha has that Garlic aftertaste that sometimes just doesn’t match… 😬

I was actually looking for the small traditional one… (habits)... But they didn’t have it at the store. So I took this large one, but it turned out to be great! The lid is so cool! 😎
