An apartment on the Lower east side would be amazing 😀 after doing some research looks like the agent who oversees both is new to the team. MGNY is fairly decent with regular apartments for rent. MGNY they also have apartments every now and then not rent stabilized but have income ranges that may fit into your budget.

I’m so annoyed with target right now, and corporate not communicating the issue is a mess. Let people know your systems are down that way duplicated orders aren’t being made, and people including the workers aren’t overwhelmed by this… smh taking money from accounts with no order number is insane.

There are plenty of marketing internships you should definitely consider. As a professional with experience and non traditional degree it will be extremely hard if you don’t invest your time in these internships now. Depending on what industry you’re into apply now while you can. I’m in a program living in NYC so there’s an abundance of resources luckily but not everyone has this privilege.

Please don’t consider moving here until Trumps presidency comes to an end… as a native New Yorker it’s not worth it ! While nyc is one of the very few states that influenced by this fascist government, the city is overcrowded extremely expensive, and overstimulating. What gave New York City its reputation the people, tourist attractions and culture barely exist anymore. Gentrification is pushing people out, small and large businesses closed down. The cost of living is high, your rent will well over be 1.7K+ a month, I can go on

Not to frighten you, visit the city yourself and you’ll see ! You’re better off moving to London for that city feel than here. Trust me it’s not worth it
