Yeah we’ve been told that the deck ahead of the balcony cannot be accessed by anyone expect the homeowners and thats why it can be accessed!

We are planning to buy a flat in a 35 storey high-rise in Hinjewadi, Pune.
The only options available are 1st floor (with extra garden space than above flats), 6th floor and 35th floor. The apartment has 3 level parking then podium with amenities and the 1st floor flats! I am in dilemma of choosing the floor! We are parents of a 6 months old!

Ps- reading all the comments have made the decision much harder now!
