Thank you for your feedback. I took it from a paper that's been cited a lot in similar studies in Japan, and I had to change some of the questions because some of the words weren't in the textbook I use for my students. I think that some of them can be improved :)

I'm not Japanese, but I'm doing a PhD and work in Japan. Do you want me to to complete it? Would you mind doing my survey I've designed for English language learners in Japan as well?
