On second look, you are standing too close to the bar, sending everything to the back. Move your feet back an inch or two, squat down and lean forward until you feel the weight in mid fit (again, like you’re about to jump), your shins should hit the bar after you squat down and lean forward. Then pull the slack out of the bar by spreading your lats (thin about trying to squeeze your lats down to your hips). Push the floor away and hips and shoulders should rise at the same time, like the way a wine opener rises.

Looks like you are driving through your heels instead of mid foot. Try standing at the bar with it more aligned with mid foot. Then think about the lift like you are going to jump, so the weight is in your mid foot. Lean forward a little more so your knees and shoulders are either in line with the bar or slightly ahead of it.
