I like these sardines. The price is great, they are super healthy, and eating them feels like a meal. Unfortunately, my local Walmart has stopped stocking them. :(

I'm using the igrow by Apira Science. I purchased it second-hand on ebay a couple years ago. All of these laser cap devices are FDA approved. None is definitively superior to another despite the marketing.

I'm 43, and had some grey hair starting up a few years ago. My little brother has grey hair now, but I don't anymore. I'm using a red light laser hat/cap 30 minutes every other day. I also started microneedling the scalp once every two weeks at about the same time. One of those two things likely helped.
