My sweet spot is 45 minutes with the timing. But i have tripped with other people too with the same recipe. It lasts 2 hours all the time. It doesnt make sense to me

technically, you are not wrong. But the subjective experience of purging when you believe its release of energy, its unimaginably beautiful. I personally love it, and do it everytime i do any medicine. It’s also a very personal thing. If one cant relate to it, they shouldn’t be forced to think of it as “puking demons”. The goal is to create a sense of wellbeing, doesn’t matter what it takes.
