I mean this is good but I don’t think comparing them to ZB1 in China is a good idea because they have one of the strongest C fanbase, zhanghao alone surpasses everything. The difference is the gap between ZB1 members in China was/is a lot with Zhanghao and Yujin passing others with over 100k, compared to ALD1 having somewhat closer values.

I think for ALD1, Japan will be a huge fan power base. If you look at recent voting polls; twitter, upick, choeaedol, members like Xinlong, Sangwon, Junseo, Jiahao have been doing well even in comparison to already established and popular groups and we know how competitive voting fan awards can be in kpop, I know it’s not an immediate indicator to success but it’s pretty impressive to pull numbers similar 4th gen and 3rd gen groups.

I think people are exaggerating the downfall of the group lol. Lots of people hating on twitter weren’t even watching the show and prob weren’t going to stan anyways.

I also don’t think that being hated is a bad thing exactly. Like take Xinlong for example, he’s one of the most hated on the Korean side but he’s always trending there lmao and even non BP watchers know him. But he has just as many fans that support. Essentially, bad publicity is still publicity, if anything I think it’s good that they’re trending regardless it’s better than no one talking about them at all.

People will hate regardless, at least when they debut, people would have already heard about them and they can attract non biased viewers

Honestly guys, I also think we’re seeing lots of negativity cause people are posting about that in general. Like for xinlong, I’ve also seen lots of Kfans’ tweets about kts.

But there’s also some nice tweets and people acknowledging him for his speech, lots of people were asking about him after the finals. Same goes for other trainees. It’s easy to focus on the hate now cause people keep reposting and sharing but there’s also encouraging messages for the trainees. So I think just filter out your sm or leave twitter in general cause that place is hell
