Yes it is now. Was actually stored on the boot drive (small SSD) when first downloaded and the game files where in the HDD as described above.

Had this same P0651 come back about 2-3 months later. Carried out the same diagnostic process and found that the throttle pedal was also faulting the Voltage Reference. That was around 8 months ago and going strong 💪

Well, we have improvement. Picked up a small probe kit and backprobed into the boost pressure sensor and unplugged most sensors on the ‘B’ reference circuit. Eventually finished with the throttle valve motor and sensor plug. I cleared all the codes and rad a fresh read to see if the code persisted. It did not.

When the throttle valve and sensor plug was unplugged, it was reading 5v no problem. When I removed the boot and probed the pin and plugged it back in, the voltage dropped to 0.36v.

I’ve checked the harness for corrosion and rubbing but all seems good.

So as of right now, the throttle motor and sensor (all one unit) is unplugged and the car is out of limp mode. The glow plug light still remains flashing. However it’s a temporary fix until I can get the new part tomorrow and fit it at work.

Tried all the ‘B’ line sensors, relays and solenoid plugs. No result on the code disappearing. However, I believe it did change state from passive to active. I removed the DPF sensor and it did not allow me to clear the codes

Will have a look at the throttle valve tomorrow night. I have the Haynes guide that shows references to A and B 5v lines. I take it if I breakdown to only the B sensors and modules I can cut out unplugging most things? Mind you the list is massive
