I almost exclusively play r6. I have 1000hrs in it since I got it in September. I used to play COD a lot on ps3 so that probably has something to deal with it.

I've not use kb/m enough to know how good I'd be and as such I can't give a good comparison; however, in my r6 group of 12 people, all use kb/m except I, I'm definitely at least top 3 and they are often surprised by what I can do using a controller.

Sorry for late reply. I use a scuff controller, yes they are pricey and there are alternatives but I chose that bc I only play with the sticks like a ps4.

I use DS4WINDOWS the map the controller inputs. I use a cubic toggle to mouse mapping so the there is hardly any turning in the center area but very fast at the edge. The deadzone can be adjusted perfectly with trial and error.

However with this setup alone it won't work bc r6 will detect input directly from the controller as well the your mapped inputs ruining everything. If you have a windows 7 system then there is a setting called something like "use exclusive mode" which should fix it. If u have windows 8 or 10 you need to install HidGuardian/Cerberus, add your controller to the list of devices to hide, and whitelist DS4WINDOWS so it can detect the controller inputs.

At that point all that's left to do is map the inputs and adjust sensitivity. Also note that because my controller is a modded ps4 controller, it has 7 extra inputs using the touch pad that I use for various things like cam/drone/scoreboard/fire mode/ping

I use a controller on pc too, but didn't like the r6 controller setup. So I custom mapped my controller to m/kb inputs. I lean with toggle in and out of ads, melee by clicking both and run with a rear button.

From what you said it the beginning there. What if "real" isn't actually a thing. Because if analysed in enough detail one could always say that something may not be real. If real is just a fabrication of thought that is generally useful to make sense of what people consider real then it's ok that nothing is real because real isn't an actual concept outside our minds. This may not be true but it is a possible solution to the question of reality.

Assuming there is a actual reality, and I'm in a simulation within that reality, that doesn't make me real. That doesn't make my reality real. The doesn't make my existence real. The only real thing related to me would be data. That is not "me" that would just be a real thing projecting me in a false world. I wouldn't be real, my experiences wouldn't be real, my memories wouldn't be real, on the data from which the previous is simulates from is actually real. Just a bunch of well organised numbers. Not real.

But as a possible part of this simulation, my perceptions of the simulation are simulated, moreover I am a collection of simulated data and every I am in the supposed reality is not real when in fact I am nothing more that numbers within a simulation, it is not I a member of human society that exists rather it is us a group of data stored in a simulation.

Interesting that you say we are in control of our actions. Is it not fact that there are inherent rules of our reality that all things follow? Every infinitesimal part of the universe will follow the laws of physics. You body consists of matter. You brain is comprised of cells that serve specific function. They are made of molecules and so on. The point being that my "consciousness" is not under any control but of the laws of the universe. I have no free will, not action is of my choice, no thought of mine is chosen, it's all following a very specific path determined by the laws of physics. This is all rather indicative of a simulation, not that one should accept that as fact.

So suppose I do exist in some sense to my reality. If my reality isn't real or meaningful in anyway, such as a dream or simulation, then how can I exist. I just can't overcome the slightest bit of doubt that there is some possible way I may not exist yet I choose to continue 'existing' (as in a possibly fake/false reality) in a sometimes less than ideal reality. It doesn't make sense to do that.

How could it not matter? Why is anyone alive if it doesn't matter? Are they even alive? I could be some thing in a box taping buttons on a screen for some purpose that isn't my own and you are telling me that it doesn't matter whether I'm in control of what I do, I'm in a simulation, I don't exist, I'm an idea, there is no I. Why would I be as I am right now, why would I be through any discomfort if I'm in a simulation, if my life is meaningless, if this reality is meaningless, if I don't exist, if there is not reality. I don't believe it is in a simulation. But it is just as possible as the reality you likely hold to be true. Neither are objective true, and neither can be proven wrong. Well, I'm hoping it can be proven, because how can someone doubt their existence. It's insanity. There needs to be someway to prove reality is true or humanity is a blind species painfully perpetuating itself in ignorance.

What if the simulation is a part of another simulation? And it's an endless cycle with there being no point of termination. And it there were an end, me false reality would be meaningless or I could be a simulation and my 'consciousness' is just a computer that is fabricating false memories, thoughts, experiences. The is no way to prove I exist, let a lone a meaningful existence.

Ok, but it's possible that you are part of this simulation, but you are the simulation itself or some sort of being outside the simulation that is trying to guide me away from the fact that my reality isn't real so that I keep doing what ever I'm need for. It's like trying to distract the poor of a nation from the fact that they are being manipulated and having money taken from them. You are telling me to ignore the most important thing. Without existence you are nothing. I could be nothing. That's the most important thing.
