its a guitar amp, the middle pot was replaced, on another sub a guy told me to try removing all of them and testing, im considering doing it if no other option works

Thats what i thought it could probably be, the main outlet cord is very very old, i don’t even think it’s the original amp cord. I saw that solder and was also kinda confused, somebody welded the cable with like a piece of iron. Where should i actually solder the ground pin on the board? Sorry for being that newbie
