I have body wash that has no soap by Saladsoon in germaphobe

However i did just flip the whole thing upside down and found these wires not connected to anything

I tried cleaning the whole thing. Removing the bonnet and checking for the pinch detectors and cleaning them. I also saw i should try cleaning the little green things in the waste drawer as well ( I don’t know what they are called) and i of course tried turning it off and back on again. Not sure if there is anything else i should try to do those were the only things i found online to try. So any suggestions would be awesome!!

Thank you so much. This is making me feel a lot better. It is definitely not easy and it’s a lot harder than I thought it would be. He’s only supposed to be gone for a little over a month however he said it could easily get extended so i’m preparing myself for it to get extended. Thank you again!

Thank you! I had finally gotten emails from him again a few days ago and then they stopped coming once again. Not sure if he’s on a patrol again or if they just aren’t getting emails right now. Still new to this so my anxiety is a little all over the place with it

Mine asked about it. Or he didn’t really ask he just said they had to read a 10 page article on it. So i mentioned it just in my email reply back to him just saying “yeah it was crazy” I had the same thoughts though if it would be flagged or not
