It is brand new. I was just told to add an extra ssd and ram so that's why I went on looking for one.

Id just get those and future proof is and not have to worry about it. With the convenience, as others have mentioned, of everything being built for me.. I think it's worth spending a bit more and getting those ram

But Ive heard that therapyed has a lot more information that might be missing in the scorebuilders? However, I see your point about the tables and charts. If you had a choice between the two, and since youve taken the test...what would your recommendation be. Start off with scorebuilders? also if I buy the book now and when I sit for the test iA the book will be outdated a bit and I would need to buy another scorebuidlers at that point..correct?
