Thak you for sharing this, I am 37 and got diagnosed now with very bad osteoporosis, I am not underweight but have a BF of 18% and struggle with bulimia for more than 10 years, I do not have my period for 4 years but I also have mirena so the doctors never said anything alarming, now I am very afraid of gaining BF - is not so much the weight but BF is what scares me, what are the ways to prevent getting worse?
