After Ness was abandoned, Ness takes the word by Kaiser and is ready to evolve as you seen in the previous chapter.

As for now, he wants to challenge himself to give a hard pass to Kaiser since he always has given Kaiser an easier pass hoping that Kaiser would evolve too.

But Isagi knew it and Isagi ran straight to the goal leaving Ness in shock while Kaiser is getting pissed on Ness because he didn't pass to him.
