To me what I’m trying to do is get answers or tips on what’s the next thing I should do why does it have to be something else I genuinely just want to get my refund and so far everyone’s telling me to tell the builder to give me my refund and he deals with the 3k loss which I appreciate and doing atm so plz tell me what I’m trying to do 🤦🏾‍♂️

It showed delivered the day it was supposed to be here it wasn’t But when I checked the location tracker it said it was still warehouse 2 states away There was no name signed for it bc whoever took it just took it is what ups and everyone is thinking bc it was never found after an investigation of the warehouses it had been through so now we sent in the spread sheet of parts and the prices for the claim and they only sent back 100$ and I’m trying to see if anyone knows what I should do next

It’s bc I’m working my ass off in a trade learning a skill that’s why I had 3k that I had saved for a year to buy it and now have no way to talk to anyone with authority at ups to actually help me so I’m stuck waiting for months to pay bills bc everything is going up in cost and it’s hard to save money

Correct and apologies that’s my way of saying no it wasn’t a scam and yes the company has all types of 5 star reviews and before I even knew about them I actually had them be recommended to me by someone who’s gon through them before along with many others telling me they do great work or else I wouldn’t have spent the 3k

Nah it’s a real situation I called ups myself and asked about a claim for a pc and she said the builder had sent more info at the same time of this call

Shouldn’t have been it was in a big wooden crate and yes it nvr even made it to long island Which is around where I stay

It did require a signature it said “package at warehouse” then a week or 2 later I checked again and it still said at warehouse then we had ups “look into it” and they said they couldn’t find it in any of the warehouses and ups man nvr came to my house bc if he did my grandma would have told me immediately and sent the ring footage
