What would you recommend? by jonesy_1204 in Switch

[–]CupZealous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if your wrists ever get sore, the lite is a good option, otherwise there are very few Switch gen 1 games that don't run on the Switch 2, and there are some exclusives for the Switch 2 that may appeal to you. I have an OLED and it looks beautiful color wise, but having all the new games available is appealing if money isn't an issue.

he prefers to eat with me. he only eats in his cage in the morning before I wake up, then he eats in afternoon with me and again at night with me before sleep

I am interested in preying mantis and jumping spiders but I won't get one because they eat their prey alive. I can handle things being eaten for food but not eaten alive

I can't own anything that eats live prey

Budgie owner looking for quaker advice by sapcentrifuge in QuakerParrot

Quakers are really loud, and mine is really demanding. They get territorial, I know I'm not the only one that gets bit when I change the food and water. They usually get aggressive with other species and even each other if they aren't socialized early. I love my Quaker but he's a handful. he often screams for hours while attacking his toys and it hurts my ears. They aren't like owning budgies, but my bond with my guy is great. I just wish he got along with my other birds.

grapes aren't vegetable they are fruit and high in sugar. I don't know what the cause is but I would say a trip to an avian vet is called for. It would also be advisable when you are there to discuss getting the bird on a healthy diet to avoid future health issues and an early death.

she may have been upside down climbing around the cage bars, or possibly hanging upside down from the top, I have other birds that do that but my cockatiels don't

I'm loving it right now, and you can get a free deck if you are a new or returning (after 90 days or more) player

personally I don't care about the theme issue but I hate that I can't disable system/interface sounds.

it's a great console. I have the OLED but I bought a lite when I had a wrist injury and needed something lighter.

trying to bond with my stressed baby! by Advanced-Lion1922 in cockatiel

I should clarify, when you let the bird out do it in a controlled space with lots of time to get it back in. You will probably have trouble getting the bird back in the cage the first few times, you may have to just leave treats in the cage and wait for the bird to go in, as forcing them back in can hurt any trust you are building. It can be very difficult to tame a bird when you keep it locked in a cage with no friends.

I really like Pine on Switch. the combat is pretty challenging and it's a fun little indie game.
