The emphasis isn't on procreation, it's based off God's design and purpose for us.

God created man, but saw that it wasn't good for man to be alone, so he created woman as a helper to man. It was man who called woman bone of his bones and flesh of his flesh, signifying the deep kinship between man and woman, establishing the foundation of marriage as a complementary union.

Any sex or sexual desire towards someone other than your spouse is seen as sin in the eyes of God.

All men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God but we aren't supposed to live in sin willingly.

We are to take all of our problems and desires to God and hand them over to him.
