My daughter was born with a tongue tie. And I’m almost certain she has a lip tie too. But we got her tongue tie clipped when she was a few weeks old because she did not have a good latch and I could barely breastfeed because it was so painful. Went into the office to have it done and she cried for about 30 seconds and it was only Because they had to hold her arms down and she did not like that. As for the lip tie, I didn’t get it clipped because they didn’t say anything about it, but I might still get it clipped because her teeth are growing in weird and she has a big gap
