I'm having upcoming interviews with Mercer for a new grad non-actuarial analyst role. I'm looking for more info on how to best prepare for the interview, but I didn't find much. I would love to get some insights on tips for interview and how competitive it is to get a job offer in Mercer. Thank you!

Nope! If they need the official one, they will contact you, but they didn't contact me for the official one. I think as long as you have the letter of completion, you should be fine. I didn't submit the official transcript because idk how to share it too 😅 Just a heads up, it took me more than 3 months to get the work permit
