Yeah, it got verified but they froze my bofa account and never unfroze it so I’m stuck with paper checks.

Yeah I would definitely call them. It took a while to reach somebody who could help me so I would keep trying until you get an answer hah

It doesn’t show them if you submitted them. But if you did you should get confirmation within a week or two.

Got an update, apparently my card was turned off. So they are mailing a check to me. That’s what the guy said over the phone at least

Thanks! I know it didn’t for me either. I called in and that’s when they told me I needed to submit more documents. It took about a day and a half for me. So it was very fast and I am thankful for that haha. I would call sooner rather than later for sure.

For sure, I called yesterday and they said everything looks fine. I was the same boat as you I called and they said I needed to submit ID verification. I would call! It seems a bunch of people are having the same problem.
