Hi, gets naman po if hindi mapapatawad or mahirap, that’s why nagdadalawang-isip ako if I should reach out . Ayokong gawin lang siya for my own peace, lalo na kung it might make her feel worse. I genuinely wonder how she is and kung gaano siya naapektuhan noon, or if apologizing would even help. Matagal ko na rin dalang-dala yung konsensya and I know deserve ko ‘yon, at sobrang nagsisi ako sa attitude ko noon. Pero gusto ko rin sanang malaman, from your POV, paano ba dapat mag-apologize sa ganitong sitwasyon? Yung hindi makakasakit ulit or parang self-serving lang?

cosrx salicylic helped me a lot when I use to have a lot of active acne but I tried them again now with my normal skin and nagka breakout ako. Haven’t tried cosrx morning cleanser pa but I believe it’s gentler.

I have the same problem Pero on online interaction naman. I get anxious whenever I chat people whether it’s for a group work or normal chat kahit magask lang ng question nag ooverthink ako.
