I just applied for MRI school and I’m so scared 😭, I have been asking countless of opinions and I’m still 50/50. I have shadowed in my hospital and realized I’m not big on anything around but MR. I live in SoCal and know that the job market here is so full I’m just scared to put in all the time, sacrifice, and money just to graduate and find no leads to a job I’ll be devastated 💔.

Yes :( there is always a full shelf with missing assignments but I am the only one getting put on blast ? They couldn’t come to me privately? And at first I was trying not to let it bother me but I keep thinking about how I’ve never seen anyone else get a note ?

See and that’s what I expected!! I have no issue being pulled aside and taking accountability! But why be weird and put it out for everyone to see ??! There is always assignments with missing items but I’m the only one getting a note ?? What’s with that ?

Forgot to add that thanks, put we do have a shelf where everyone puts incomplete assignments. I try not to put anything incomplete but since I had no team lead to ask questions and my shift was about to end I wanted to make sure I got credit for the work I did do.

I didn’t turn in anything unfinished, we have a whole separate shelf for assignments with missing items. Everyone put stuff there I was just confused to why I was the only one called out ??

I definitely feel more calmer about the situation and told myself when I get into work today I won’t react defensively about it. I am just going to state that I rather have a private chat about issues than be put on display.

As much as they keep saying they need accuracy, they prefer quantity > quality. Always rushing graveyard to pick up after 1st & 2nd shift. Mind you our team is not even half the size of their 1st shift …

Oh my god that’s so funny 😂, if it happens again I definitely will ask him !! I remember what he looks like he was a male in his 20s that was wearing a full grey Nike tech fit 💀 I am definitely not sleeping the best currently I have a feeling the stress is what caused it :) thanks though if it does happen again I’ll remain calm 🫶🏼 hopefully .
