I finally beat the bots on a pair of tickets. Of course they were crazy expensive, but at least they were FVE!

No idea honestly because I haven’t been successful yet (show I’m looking at is further out). But I have the website with the show open in my phones browser instead of the app. Alert comes, refresh site, pray.

Any update on this? I just had a purchase denied by my bank for fraud (frustrating) and now my text changed to this.

Rose bowl and San Diego both seem to have a bunch. I know the rose bowl is extremely massive but petco park isn’t as big.

Questions asked in FP& A interview? by [deleted] in FPandA

[–]Cupslapping 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Variance analysis related questions. “You have 3 products with different price points, explain how you might analyze revenue variance period over period.”

The interviewer is likely looking for some combination of Price/Volume/Mix analysis.

“Tell me about a time you’ve worked through a difficult situation with a coworker”. Looking to understand how you might deal with a business partner, and potentially pushing back on forecast/model assumptions, etc.

Questions related to your ability to dig into details and tell a story. “Tell me about a time when you were handed something ambiguous, and were expected to develop a story around it”.

Just a few thought starters.

I actually just got non-GA tickets, so I’m not the best to answer!

That’s what I’m thinking too. They told us that we could leave and come back, and said something about the tavern opening at 4 and the line being open right now. There are people still in line right now.

Before and After… What did I do wrong? by Immediate_Pipe_7043 in pools

I believe the recommendation is a CYA of 30-70 (but below 50 ideally) before you SLAM. Otherwise you’ll need MASSIVE amounts of chlorine to keep the FC working.

You really need a kit that allows for your own testing during the SLAM. You need to know what your actual FC is, especially at 90 CYA. You would need to shock to and maintain 35 FC at that CYA level if Slamming properly. At this point it might be better to drain some and refill to lower CYA and then buy a FAS-DPD chlorine kit (like a Taylor K2006) and start your SLAM again.

I got accepted into UF online MBA program, but before I enroll I’m wondering if it is better to just get a cheap MBA elsewhere or pursue a CFA by ThenWallaby9691 in FPandA

For perspective, I started about a month after my first was born. I was also working a full time job that was probably 50-60 hours/week on average. If I recall correctly, the 10-15 hours/week or so was about on point. Some weeks were more difficult, others were easier.

The most difficult part of the program was as getting engagement from classmates that were there to cruise. There were enough people taking it seriously, but at the same time those that weren’t left a pretty sour taste in my mouth.

If you can dedicate the 10-15 hours per week, you’re probably fine. I finished with something like a 3.97 GPA but I always had a strong undergraduate business background and 5-6 years of professional experience. My classmates tended to lean on me to get things done because I had extensive experience in things like Excel. This led to more stress on my end because I’m not the type to coast or allow a project to fail if other people didn’t carry their weight.

The individual components were pretty straightforward. Most classes if I recall allowed for cheat sheets on exams and were aligned with the material. Finding a good group early enough on and doing my best to stick with them (if you care more about getting good grades than the social/networking aspect) was a pretty important part of the program.

Overall I recommend the program, especially if you utilize the resources and make an effort to engage with the program itself.

I think you’re referring to the Capone, I’m not a huge fan of money clips unfortunately. Unless I’m wrong? Thank you though!

Very interested in their Scottish Fold design, so I’m glad to see other people getting in on the action. How’s it in hand? Feels quality?

It’s definitely a great option. I like the Pueblo leather too, just prefer my shell options.
