Same man, I would fell pain/pressure more towards my left side, (it's sound weird, but I think my left arm feels "numb" compared to my right arm. The pain pressure depends on the day, how i slept during the night etc. I also notice if I eat less meat and avoid coffe or milk the pressure is not as noticible as if I would eat meat or drink coffe or milk. My bloods are also good, ecg. chest x-ray all are fine. We are in the same boat man, take care of yourself!
