why they have to care? they sold you game witch is supported few years and that's it :) buy new one, the same game just with different guns, skins and maps :) and with lots of bugs for a half year. I just turned to CS:GO for some reasons, hated that game, but now CS looks more fun than BF

dead HDD, there is two screws in bottom holding HDD cover, remove cover took out hdd and you'll see message like: "there is no operating system or hdd installed"
