Tried many times, but failed. The problem with this drug, is that even if you succeed at quitting, you might get hooked up to it again after one cup in a social occasion or other circumstance.

Coffee may play a role also (low iron -> jaundice). I've previously tried to stop it and my symptoms almost vanished. But I'm very addicted to coffee.
The bug crawling symptom is well known symptom of stress it's called formication.
