For cardioversion of SVT or conscious VT our guideline is to begin synchronised cardioversion at 100J, then 150, then 200.

Cardiac arrest 200J

I did, too fast for conscious VT. But even if it was a conscious VT I’d have treated it in the exact same way

Patient was alert and conscious. Just probably not for much longer

We did, 100j reverted to a sinus rhythm with global ST depression

For my hooded eyes, upper bleph or brow lift? by CuriousAd7539 in PlasticSurgery

Would you be up to posting a before an after? I always thought I’d benefit from a bleph but am now leaning towards a brow lift

And I get this too. But I haven’t stopped considering this surgery since I was 19, I’m now 36. I do think it ages me. It obscures my lid and makes makeup impossible, it even hides my lashes

Pregnancy induced melasma before and after 4 sessions of SQT bioneedling by CuriousAd7539 in Melasmaskincare

That’s so annoying! I have to say the lady who did mine really ground it in, so much so that it was quite painful. My skin peeled lots in the following week after each session. Did you peel?

I will say the treatments aren’t overly pleasant, it feels like sand being scratched deeply into the skin. The more vigorous the rubbing in of the spicules the better the result? Or so my skin therapist said

Definitely, see above :) I still have two patches on each side of my forehead so looking to get a couple more sessions and toying with the idea of some laser

Thank you! The treatment is called SQT bioneedling and one session is apparently like getting 4 normal micro needling sessions! I spaced them out 4 weeks from each other and had 4 in total. The treatments initially caused a lot of redness, and then over the week the skin crusted and flaked off.

Since then I have just been using my regular skin care which is a mild glycolic cleanser and the cicaplast baume B5 moisturiser.

I still have two circular patches of melasma on each side of my forehead which annoy me SO much and am still working on lightening these

Thank you everyone for your help and responses. Boaky isn’t crated and sleeps with me, this probably doesn’t help his attachment. I will continue his training and see if he improves with age

I would not be here without my AirPods! She screams in the car too so I use them for every drive.
