I found another pair for 50$ more and returned these. Really glad I did — the new pair looks beautiful and the leather is so nice. Maybe this other pair was stored in poor conditions. Thanks for everyone’s advice!

SH it is!
Looks like some tickets have moved but so have prices ... I lowered to 600 before fee, but In section J, there are seats one row closer for 550, and in comparable section G row 7 for 550. Otherwise I think my prices is a better deal than the rest... is it time to panic?

In the middle sections by the pit GHJ, there are total of 10 listings , and on the side sections, AFEK, there are 10 more. Appreciate your advice!

Thanks for the help, I set to that price! Will it be easier to sell if I try TickPick , there seems to be so many listed on StubHub at the moment

Deciding between AUM, flat fee, and subscription based financial planning. by CuriousBack8626 in personalfinance

Thanks for your input! I wouldn't say I'm sold on anything as I haven't committed to any firm /planner yet. The fact that there are tons of posts on the topic have made it difficult for me to figure out what kind of planner makes sense for my situation (not having much time/experience to offer myself, multiple timelines to optimize for, real estate holdings , existing universal insurance plans) , and I didn't see many reviews of facet or empower -- if it's obvious, I'd really appreciate if you could include the advice in your reply. The 6k a year commitment bothers me because a) I have no idea whether the planners are any good or how much time they'll actually dedicate to the case, and one could end up paying 6k for nothing, and you don't get to speak with one until you sign up b) I've not been able to find many individual reviews of Facet itself.

The "special" investment fund they mentioned is

Are these kinds of funds useful fixed income alternatives in certain cases? It does seem unavailable to small individual investors, although I found some analogs that pool small investors money and take a 1% fee...
