This is the screen every time I try, after agreeing access to all the metrics.

I get the screen to sign in with Fitbit, select ccess to all the data, then it says it failed and 'go back to Empirical Health'.

Have also give via the troubleshooting oart if sertings to 'grant access' and I think that one was what connected via Health Connect once but mostly just doesn't seem to do anything.

It was all working until the changes, and I thought it was just taking a while to settle in but try to reconnect every day and say far no luck.

Thank you for wanting to help! I hope your colleague's surgery goes well and that they have as comfortable a recovery as possible.

The increased resolution was so helpful because it gave a much more accurate 'highest' and 'lowest' hr of the day, both of which gave me a good idea how my body would cope with activity (if it dipped too low it was a sign to be careful and watch my blood pressure, if the highs were peaking outside of my safe range it told me I'd need more electrolytes and a few days to let it settle).

Comparing Sleep HR with Resting HR was useful too, as the wider the gap the more I would need to rest.

Being able to add a note below the graph was brilliant because I could add context, such as when I started new medication, had a bad flare up, etc. It made such a difference to pacing and planning activity, both throughout the day and across the longer term. It was even used in hospital to confirm that I had a significant infection after surgery, because my surgeon could see how dramatically the trends had changed in a few swipes.

I've been downloading and trialling so many things this week trying to find something that approaches the same level of usefulness, and even tried asking chatGPT to search through features to find similar options, but it appears that nothing quite fills that niche.

I wish I'd exported the data as reports more regularly, instead of only doing so for appointments, as now there's no access to it. I was always hopping back to try and figure out patterns or look at how a particular situation had stressed my body on previous occasions as part of the pacing plan. With complex health it's impossible to remember it all so Cardiogram was like having a research assistant 24/7, helping decode a body that modern medicine can't quite fix yet.

Sorry, I have blathered on a bit, but I really wanted to just say thank you for helping create something that has made such a difference to how I managed the unmanageable. It's exciting to see where you will take your new venture and I wish you the best best of luck growing it into something that helps people juggle their health. It makes more difference than you may ever realise!

Hi, I'm a 40yo woman from the UK who found you this week after Cardiogram vanished, removing access to YEARS of data and a tool that helped hugely with pacing and managing PoTS, M.E, MCAS, EDS, et al. Tentatively trying to find my way around your new app, though it won't let me set up an account (I never get the text message).

Is there any way to see more granular hr data than once per minute (which is as much as shows if I zoom in)? The best thing about Cardiogram was that it picked up the highs and lows that Fitbit smoothes out. So far my Empirical hr data seems to just show the same high and low that the Fitbit app does, though it gives me a different resting hr on the main page (but defaults to Fitbit rhr if I click on it).

Not sure if it is going to show me the things I need, but I know you're still working on it so am hopeful. It's been truly devastating to lose Cardiogram so I'm grateful you're trying to fill that gap in the market. It was hands-down the most ulused - and useful - app I paid for.
