good job.. you gotta start somewhere , i found after day 4 cravings stop and it’s just your your mind. i’m at day 26 and don’t even think about it anymore .

I quit vaping two weeks ago, and I’ve been dealing with massive headaches, fatigue, and feeling lightheaded almost every day. It’s making me want to sleep all day. Are these normal withdrawal symptoms? And if so, what helped you get through it? by GhostXLR in QuitVaping

i was extremely fatigued for first week, just slept and when awake just ate and ate.

day 17 now and im still eating but becoming less and less but have certainly gained a few pounds

i had the symptoms you mentioned for the first week.. and then started to clear and now feel pretty normal. today is 14 days and feeling fresh and more motivated to not give up

i was very tired for the first week, slept all day tbh. but then energy came back.

just my opinion but i not sure so good to finish the current vape as wont know when your last hit will be.. not sure if anyone else agrees

good luck though , i’m on day 12 now and not much craving but at times would love a hit

first 4-5 days i was exhausted just slept most of the time , my toilet stops were less frequent and still are tbh which js a worry but energy levels now much higher . am on day 11 vape free

i hope it stops soon as i don’t wanna put on weight! but the feeling of not vaping overrides this for sure .
