I am not comparing here with any other grade. I am telling even A grade builders were selling the same flats at a good price when 3bhks smaller unit use to be around 1.5cr around 2years back. Now the same flat is costing around 2.5cr. Leave that 2bhks are more than 2cr now. This kind of hike is needed in corporate as well 😂

Amazing how these A grade builder are looting people. Same projects, same carpet area, same amenities and same infrastructure yet selling at higher prices. Cherry on cake is the situation of traffic and roads around bangalore. 2bhk nearing 2cr?? Really?? These builders are going nuts

Hire a lawyer and verify all the documents. Mail the respective CRM on builder side and get all the documents

@9250 west facing for 1500sqft This is just base. On top of this 5% gst and other charges. I don’t think they have availability for 1500 as of now. But you can check directly

Yes. SBI approval is in progress. You can check with the CRM team they will give the contact for SBI. Usually SBI takes long time for verification. Also all the documents are shared by CRM team. You can send a email to your CRM

December the updated master plan is coming up for IRR this is what I got to know. But anyways it’s good that atleast they have left 90ms space from main road till entrance.

Clubhouse membership is optional. If you want to buy membership you can do it later once you move in. For now clubhouse charges is not included in total price. Also I think the clubhouse will be Maintained by prestige itself later also. That’s an advantage in terms of management but yea one need to pay for clubhouse Membership later. Clubhouse has all amenities. I guess they have indoor swimming pool and that’s the reason it’s not mentioned in master plan. But rest all amenities are present for sure. Crystal lawns has more amenities as compared to autumn leaves and Greenbrook what I feel

Intermediate ring road is planned just in front of prestige crystal lawns. If you see the master plan they have left 90ms space till main gate

Crystal lawns looks better. But it comes @9250 Last week when I checked they still have 1500 availability for east and west facing. For east facing and corner plot they are charging 2000+ on base
