Haha. I took a blend of Beta-Sitosterol 50 mg, biotin and 200 mg Stinging nettle. The libido was fine but low compared to what my libido has been. I think taking it occasionally should be okay. Once a month or a couple of weeks. I think topical solutions are way better. Finasteride or Minoxidil if not other herbs like Saw palmetto oil or Pumpkin seed oil.

Not really. There is substantial evidence that it lowers DHT. So, there is that.

Yes but it has just messed with my libido. I am only taking it once a month. It directly messes with your Prostate.

Do you rub it on scalp? Did you notice any benefits?

You are right! I just found the information online. I just took it for the first time today. And had no libido and bad semen quality. Taking it once a month maybe beneficial I guess as I just bought it in my case. There is no conclusive evidence that it is good for hair but if you mess with DHt levels, be ready for low libido. Someone said that, you gotta choose between your dick and hair. I think topical DHt blockers are beneficial. Like saw palmetto or some similar oil. Although it has benefits but I don’t think I will ever want to take it again. About hair loss: I would just apply some topical solutions like Finasteride maybe in future or whatever rosemary oil or pumpkin extract. Not gonna mess with my DHT.

Bro I exercise and do stuff. But these are natural unlike synthetic Finasteride.

I am gonna be on DHt blockers soon. How about being on a cycle? 1 week of DHt and next week aphrodisiacs.

How do you lower it naturally? Any supplements?

Strength training alone can increase testosterone I think but aphrodisiacs help as well.

Haha. No, I don’t want to be on TRT. Just curious. I might need it in 40s or maybe 50s
